In his 2012 Conservative Conference Speech George Osborne said this:
"the three things that the British people want to hear from the Labour Party.
"We're sorry."
"We spent too much."
"We won't do it again." "
But in back September 2007 he said this:

So if George Osborne REALLY thinks that the last Labour Government spent too much WHY did he say in 2007 that he would match their spending?
